Often during our lives we face various challenges. It is at these times when you may find yourself feeling worried, anxious, stressed, confused, uncertain and overwhelmed.

It may feel that you have no-one who will listen to your point of view whilst you work out what to do. Considering counselling may be the next step for you.

Here at Sycamore we can offer you a safe non judgemental atmosphere where you can explore and identify your thoughts and feelings. When you first contact our agency you will be offered an initial assessment which is free. This is when you and the counsellor can consider if counselling is the way forward for you. You will then be allocated to a counsellor who will work through your issues with you. You may be wondering about the areas of counselling that we work with. We work with a wide variety of issues including:
